FinMac 2011a (this is a cross post to the MakeMusic forum as well.) I am trying to apply Human Playback (jazz style) to only a portion of a file. Strangely, this is the first time I have done this, though I was theoretically familiar with the procedure. I can't seem to get the middle section of my piece to playback in a light jazz feel.
I turned Human Playback in the Playback window to None, so the beginning and end would play back without a jazz feel. THen I selected the middle section with the Selection Tool and applied the plugin, choosing Jazz as the style. No effect that I can tell. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance.
