It works even with the Speedy-9 scenario you sent: 1. Open an new document with the wizard. 2. Add flute and Bb clarinet. 3. Set the Independent Key signature option on the clarinet. 4. Change the key signature for the clarinet staff to Bb. This technique has a downfall that you can't copy/paste music to or from other staves without having to transpose it after copying.
