This list's Dave Fenton lived in New York City, played viol in a consort, was working on recording a CD recently, and hasn't posted anything to the contrary on this list, which makes me think that the one who has died is the David Fenton from this list. Everything written about him in that article on the viol consort supports my knowledge of what David Fenton did for a living besides his musical involvement. He would be the first one to call anybody an idiot for falsely posting about his death. But he hasn't done that. -- David H.
