You'll have to create 3 text inserts in the score: page number, part/score name, and title. For each insert, from the Text menu, select Frame Attributes. You'll probably want to set up different inserts for the first page and subsequent pages. If you set this up in your template, you'll save yourself loads of time for future pieces.
