this is clearer now. you need to either use the "update MM rests" function or wait to manage/generate parts until all music is entered. i think what is happening is that the MM rests are being created, then you add music and the MM rests are not auto-updating so the music remains hidden until you manually update the MM rests (which you can do even by skipping "break MM rests" and directly using "create MM rests). _______________________________________________ Finale mailing list Finale@shsu.edu http://lists.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale
