I wish 10x13 were more common now. The piles of piano sheet music that I used
to have from the early 1900s were all done about 10x13 size (a little
different depending on the publisher, but mostly in that size). That size
isn't any kind of standard, though, except for beer bags. As far as I know, it
doesn't even have a name.

9x12 is good for parts but I've lapsed into 8.5x11 because my music goes out
as PDFs and I get questions on why it's too big for the page. Yeah, I know,
you just select 'shrink to fit' in the PDF print box, but a lot of folks don't
seem to know about it. So I lay it out as 9x12 and then print PDF-to-PDF with
shrink to 8.5x11 before it goes on my website.

Unfortunately the 9x12 and 8.5x11 look too small when shrunk to A4.

One day we'll talk about landscape scores. :)
