9x12 is a stock art size, but 10x13 isn't. For me it's just a matter of
convenience, since I send PDFs and not printed parts. I do like the look &
feel of 10x13, but I haven't seen new parts done in that size for a few
decades. I've done parts for a few orchestras requiring them already printed,
and they ask for 9x12 (including one in Germany; the actually asked for C4,
which is pretty close).

10x13 with 1-inch margin = 9x12 with 1/2-inch margin. More room for
performance notes? I'm not a wide-margin fan in anything but, oh, I guess
maybe poetry. :)

Does anybody know if 10x13 has a name or designation?

Dennis
