I've not contacted support yet - that will have to wait until tomorrow. I'll let you know what they say. Hopefully it will just be my problem and not general. I don't think I've anything unusual loaded but as I said, I wouldn't have a clue how to find out if the drivers are the latest available nor what to do if they weren't.
