[Fink-beginners] Unstable tree still mandatory for Jaguar?

Since there is now an official fink version for 10.2, is it still mandatory to have the unstable tree enabled in fink conf?

OTOH, thanks very much to the fink team. Without you, life wouldn't be life. Your efforts are much appreciated.
