sudo dpkg -i /sw/fink/debs/fink_0.11.1-10_darwin-powerpc.deb
(or whatever 0.11.1 version of fink*.deb you have in /sw/fink/debs)
Alternatively if that does not work, you can download the fink tarball itself:
http://sourceforge.net/project/ showfiles.php?group_id=17203&release_id=126447
normally you would just download that and run "inject.pl" to inject it. But if your fink has been corrupted, you might need to replace the pm files by hand.
