Hi,
I'm trying to update gnome-core ,gnome-vfs and gnome-libs but fink warn me:

WARNING: While resolving dependency "gnome-vfs-ssl-dev" for package "gnome-core-1.4.1-2", package "gnome-vfs-ssl-dev" was not found.
WARNING: While resolving dependency "gnome-vfs-ssl-dev" for package "gnome-core-1.4.1-2", package "gnome-vfs-ssl-dev" was not found.
WARNING: While resolving dependency "gnome-vfs-ssl-shlibs (= 1.0.5-5)" for package "gnome-vfs-dev-1.0.5-5", package "gnome-vfs-ssl-shlibs" was not found.

I have the same warning for gnome-vfs and gnome-libs.

I had tried "fink install gnome-vfs-ssl-dev" but the package is not found.

I had removed (dpkg -r --forcee-depends ) all and try re-install them but the warning remain and in middle of Make, Fink commander crash:

Command: FinkCommander
PID: 590

Exception: EXC_BAD_ACCESS (0x0001)
Codes: KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS (0x0001) at 0xc2a2e280.

Do I have to remove entirely gnome and re-install it or there is another way to solve the problem?

Just two questions: there is gnome and gnome2 packages, what is the difference between them? and there is a version better than the other?

Thanks for help
J-M
