You can do it with Fink Commander:

Secondly, and I know this isn't a FINK question, how can I use the BASH shell
instead of TCSH?? I don't know how to do this. It was easy in Linux but I
haven't figured it out yet. I'm using XDarwin (v.4.3.0) with Blackbox
(rootless). I have tried changing this in the preferences, but it doesn't work.
And, there's no change when I run Terminal (or iTerm).
You can do it with Netinfo Manager (in Utilities). Select "users" in the top-middle pane, then your username. On the bottom pane are a list of properties and values. Change "shell".
Help me please :-)
