hi,
I have qt3 installed ( qt3, qt3-designer, qt3-dev, qt3-doc, qt3-linguist, qt3-shlibs ). I have Scribus installed and it informs me that I'm running qt 3.2.1.
When I try to update kdebase3-ssl-sh it tells me:
checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.1.0) (library qt-mt) not found. Please check your installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log.
Make sure that you have compiled Qt with thread support!
So how do I determine if I've compiled Qt with thread support?
Our qt is threaded, so the real issue is it's not finding your Qt.
So first of all, what OS are you on? Are you using the 10.2-gcc3.3 tree? My guess would be you're using 10.2/stable.
Is there anything interesting in the /sw/src/kdebase3-ssl-*/kde*/config.log file?
