Come now, gettext is a respectable package. :)

I need gettext-0.15 specifically. fink doesn't have it.

This isn't practical, unless fink is going to offer all the packages
people routinely need. I've needed to install occasional packages
manually on a regular basis, and I'm not exactly using exotic
software. Do you not install anything manually?

I don't have those skills, and I am unable to acquire them. You can't
assume everyone has or can. I am very ill/disabled, with progressive
brain damage, and I use what I currently have left to translate free-
software, string by string. I'm very lucky I can still do that, for
now. But basic typing, in in bits and pieces (mostly copying and
pasting words), and very basic commands at the command-line, and
asking simple questions when I get stuck, are all I can do. I can no
longer program, in any language, or handle any processing task.
Please don't assume everyone is looking for someone else to do their
work for them. Quite a few people are doing the most they can.

That would be helpful if I could do so. Thankyou anyway. :)
