Installing gimp-default worked great for it.  (It does not appear in the kde 
menu, but I'm comfortable with the command line.)

Other than confirming that I have kwallet installed, I'm not sure how to use 
this information.  I tried running the .shell file, but no joy.  Which one is 
the exe?
