Hi there...
The emboss package installation from source is failing with the following being
the last few lines before the recommendation to write fink beginners, run self
update etc. I'm using OsX 10.6.6, XCode 3.2.5 and Fink 0.29.19. I'm doing the
installation using "fink install emboss".

I've consistently received this failure for emboss. Since getting this the
first time, I've self-updated several times with no problems, enabled unstable
tree, and installed gnuplot, scipy, numpy, matplotlib and various other
packages with no trouble. But this error persists, so I think this is a
problem with the package script, perhaps specific to this version of OSX.
If I look in the directory
/System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0.jdk/Contents/ there is an
include directory there, but not in
/System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0.jdk/Contents/Home.
