It's not from Fink's pathsetup.sh script; but there's another
possibility that occurred to me.  Do you have the symbolic link
/usr/X11R6 -> /usr/X11 ?  The virtual packages module may be looking for
/usr/X11R6/lib/libX11.6.dylib.
