Since you didn’t file a separate bug report about that, I’ll just assume that 
the package which failed is gettext-tools.  The upstream developers changed 
things around so that the hack that we had been using to avoid a hangup with 
gcj no longer works. 

There’s a known workaround, which is to remove the gcc5 package, since that 
contains gcj.

Apple removed the OpenSSL headers, so we don’t provide system-openssl-dev on 
10.11. I’ll cc the ffmpeg maintainer.
