Ffmpeg uses librtmp, which currently forces linkage to openssl to anything using it. The librtmp maintainer is looking to see if the forced propagation is really necessary. For now, you can edit /sw/fink/dists/stable/main/finkinfo/graphics/libavcodec56-2.4-shlibs.info and change line 46 to say openssl100-dev instead of system-openssl-dev.
