Oh, Can you find finks .info file for the current dlcompat? If it checks out okay, I assume that your library is a complete replacement, and should be just an updated dlcompat. In that case copy the info file, update the version.
If you don't have any web space to put the sources, and they aren't too large, you can upload them too, otherwise just put a link to them somewhere in the info file.
