I think you're wrong, just anecdotally, since all the people I know who
like PC's are never switching to Macs. It's all the unix people. Sometimes
you get someone who goes from Windows -> linux -> Mac.

I had no idea that fink was supposed to be a be-all and end-all. Of all
the OSX users I know, only the unixy people use fink. There are plenty of
double-clickable packages out there to make the Mac useful without ever
having to type in a terminal window. Personally, I'd like to see more
people stick to the double-clicky things if they can't figure things out.

I hope not. But I can see how the mitten people are taking over again,
since my three-button mouse is acting like a one-button mouse in X11.
