I don't know if that is a good idea. Many times the reason a package stays in the queue is because it is badly written. Depends not right, policies not followed, etc. There needs to be a minimum entry level for packages to be able to be automatically submitted. Usually once a porter has a few packages, they get cvs privs if they ask for it. We were throwing around some ideas on #fink for easier automatic validation in different trees, but there still needs to be some way for us to know that the porter knows what he is doing, and knows the fink policies.
