Using google, i found this example of a cvs proxy checkout: :pserver;proxy=10.1.2.12;proxyport=80:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvs/openejb Perhaps fink could be fixed to support CVS proxy. Or perhaps there is a cvs environment variable you could set.
