well you need to apply the patch to your /sw/lib/perl5/Fink/SelfUpdate.pm
and install the cvs-proxy pkg in your /sw/fink/dists/local dir and install
cvs-proxy then run the fink selfupdate-cvs and it will try and configure
it based on the values in /sw/etc/fink.conf...this is very beta...so
please be warned.
