hmm maybe we should wait for Max to have a look at it. I don't want to
mess up your system and if i tried to explain this we would be doing
potentially harmful things. I could just send you the patched
SelfUpdate.pm file but you'd still need the dl the tar ball i have online
cause the cvs-proxy pkg is in it.
