Mac users are a demanding lot. They demand to have everything handed to them on the plate, even if they are not paying for it. Personally, I would not wish it otherwise. If free software is to prevail, it has to be just as useful, reliable and easy to use as competing software you have to pay for.
It's unjust that people who work for love rather than money should be severely criticised for their efforts, but unfortunately, it's the reality of the marketplace. Those of us who have a vision must be prepared to suffer for it.
