Well, perhaps this isn't the place, but I was curious if the fink developers have tried to build automated test suites to help with these kinds of things and if they've encountered any noteworthy successes or failures. I, for one, would like to learn from these experiences, or possibly investigate how testing might help the situation.
Or, as the poster from Emory who seems to be fond of bell noises implied, do they just rely on people on this mailing list to do all of the testing? Just to be clear (and as I've said already once), I mean no disrespect for anything fink-related. I'm glad to see an effort being made. I also don't see any simple rants here, nor am I interested in participating in such things (if all I saw was ranting I'd just unsubscribe and be done with it). I am also not particularly intersted in rudeness. Robby At Tue, 17 Dec 2002 09:27:24 -0700, Phil Ershler wrote: > I think you misunderstood my message.
