OK, it's a little clearer now. But why the -dev package at all? The new qt3 package does not contain any files (OK, one file, of length zero, and a couple of directories). Why not put the headers back in there?
True enough. I'm trying a change that might fix the build problems people are having. I'm changing them to switch back to putting everything in qt3 again, with qt3-dev depending on it.
