KDE 3.1 RC5 is in Fink unstable as of a few minutes ago.

Please give it a shot, and let me know if you have any issues.
After a day of compiling where the only problems were some packages that had to be force-removed first before the agreed to upgrade, I have now my first build failure:

ksirc.cpp:23:19: cdate.h: No such file or directory
make[3]: *** [ksirc.o] Error 1
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make: *** [all] Error 2
### execution of /var/tmp/tmp.1.mnaQJV failed, exit code 2
Failed: compiling kdenetwork3-3.1-2 failed

There is indeed an #include "cdate.h", but no file cdate.h anywhere. This is a file that should be created, but it seems it isn't.
