/sw/fink/10.3/unstable/main/finkinfo/libs/perlmods/term-progressbar- pm581.info
and see whether it really has a "Replaces:" line that contains "term-pBogressbQr-pm". If yes, remove this file and do another selfupdate.

I trashed it, did another self update and received the same error. I ran compare differences in BBEdit on the new and old info files and they were the same.
