Was this really treated as an error, that is, did the the package fail to install? Is it now installed or not? As I understand (from observation, not from deeper insight), these two libraries are only built on dual-processor machines, but the post-processing script should treat these commands as optional. It reports that they fail, but it goes on with life anyway. This is different from libf77blas.a which is essential and whose absence is fatal (as Jens observed).
