On 16/1/2008 3:42 AM, Alexander Hansen at [EMAIL PROTECTED] spake thus: > sudo install_name_tool > /Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Versions/2.6/Resources/lib/libR.dylib \ > /sw/Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Versions/2.6/Resources/lib/libR.dylib > /Applications/R.app/Contents/MacOS/./R
I tried more or less that a while back by creating a symlink to sw/Library/Frameworks/R.framework in /Library/Frameworks. That seemed to work fine for most things, but I eventually ran into some really weird problems (which I can't remember the details of, sorry) that stopped me in my tracks. I ended up removing the fink version and just installing the full R.pkg and it all worked fine after that. -- Nigel Stanger, mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Dunedin, NEW ZEALAND. Fnord.
