As the reponses to your post demonstrate, scholarly comments are few
and far between on the list these days.  It was much better when
Eugene was able to spare the time the moderate the list.  Anyway, I
felt I owed it to everybody to let you know the reason why I'm
basically quitting the list.  My thanks to everybody for all the
interesting discussions and extra special thanks to Eugene for his
sterling service in providing the list.
