Indeed, it wasn't exporting firebird_plugin. I found a way to proceed that's
not worth posting because it's a series of hacks and finally the correct
fbtrace.dll was built. Probably the plugins manager's msg is misleading on
purpose?

I finally didn't define it, but deleted even the files that VC puts in the
builds\win32\msvc9 directory, for example the *.user and the Debug dir
created inside the msvc9 dir (where the fb2control.bsc resides). Since
nobody else is using VC9, I will try to rename all fb2* things to fb3* in
the VC9 projects.
