Hello, I will continue making noise until I'm explained how the new build
system is supposed to work. I'm tired of checking for possible differences
between the VC10 and VC8 projects and my VC9 project. Obviously the
developers that have attempted the boot build had something left in a
temporary directory. I started clean, deleting the temporary and compilation
dirs, etc. The boot build should be self sustained. I mean, it should be
able to complete itself without my manual intervention to copy some files in
addition to run make_boot. I still get this with the latest sources:

1>------ Build started: Project: isql, Configuration: Debug Win32 ------
1>Compiling...
....
1>isql - 0 error(s), 1 warning(s)
========== Build: 1 succeeded, 0 failed, 3 up-to-date, 0 skipped ==========

   The file:

I hope the people that develop FB from Windows will share their trick on how
to bypass this problem.
