I think I am going with that approach. Are you the Greg from Montana that I bought my driveshaft from? It works great! I haven't really hammered it yet due to shifter/clutch issues (that I am working out). I have a new question. I bought a pair of Infinity 3.5-inch speakers that I'd like to install in the front of my '68 Coupe. I'd rather not hack the kick panels or the door panels. Bobby, I used the original dash speaker as a template to make a bracket for two 3 inch speakers. Other than they are so close together, there was no butchering of the car and you can't tell that they are installed!
