Here is one possibility. When re-assembling the front end, the bolts through 
the lower control arms should not be tightened until the car is resting on the 
ground. Tightening the bolts while the front end is off the ground can bind 
the arms and bushings and prevent the front end from getting down to the proper 
ride height.
