I have to agree on this one. If you already had the press I would say go for it, however a 6 ton press may not be enough. I have a 12 ton press and the ball joints gave me problems. Kind of scary when they finally let go. Also, it is kind of difficult to press the old bushings out since you have to press them out from the inside of the arm. You basically have to get a long rod and feed it thruough the top bushing to get to the bottom bushing. One note with taking it to a local shop, some shops will not press in the new bushings for liability reasons.

If you want an easy way, take the A-arms to a local brake/ suspension shop
and pay them to remove the old and install the new. It won't cost much and will
save some headaches. I did and don't regret it.
