I had NAPA press mine out.  I sandblasted and painted them, then took them
back to press them in.  I got hosed.  $135.00 for the work.

If you want an easy way, take the A-arms to a local brake/ suspension shop
and pay them to remove the old and install the new. It won't cost much and
will  save some headaches. I did and don't regret it.
