If they didn't beat on your parts with a hammer, you got a fair price. A
friend of mine brought his loose parts to the Dodge dealer in 1979 to have
bushings pressed in/out/in and they charged him for the price of the job from
the flat rate book as though he left his car of in the shop for the repairs!
Once they had his parts in their grubby hands, all he could do was pay. No
arguing at the window helped.
I would worry more about how your repair is accomplished than the cost. If
they did a correct job, you paid a fair price. JMO

I had NAPA press mine out. I sandblasted and painted them, then took them
back to press them in. I got hosed. $135.00 for the work.
