With my 400, at 55-60 indicated, my tach is at 2500.
I don't know what my gear differential is. I wonder if there's a way
to work it out mathematically.

What is the "safe" or optimal RPM for the 400 at cruising speeds
(55-65). According to my tach, I'm running at about 3500 RPM at
that speed. Seems high to me, but I'm used to today's cars. Any
thoughts? Am I killing the engine?
