Hugo I was looking to utilise the extra ratios of the Gear Vendors unit for the strip, and also to make it driveable on the highway again with my 3.73 rear. What sort of hp is the 200R4 good for? They are fairly expensive and you probably have to pull the tranny to install it anyway. A 2004R is much cheaper and works really well. I have one in my 69 vert and I'm getting ready to install one in my 67 400 to make it more highway friendly.
