You SURE that block is bored and honed correctly? Double check? No offense to you or any shop you might have used, but I tend to trust the large company like Sealed Power. Usually the mistakes are with the local guys first for their work. The bearings are not the issue on this one. I assembled the crank and pistons/rods without rings or the rear main seal to check clearances and drag prior to assembling with rings and seal.
