To do it right, it's not just a matter of adding the single groove AC pulley. 
It will work but your crank pulley will get pushed out about 1/8" and your PS 
and ALT belts will be a little out of alignment. Also, the pulley diameters are 
different for non AC car. A cheap fix, exactly what I'm setting up now for my 
engine break-in, is to put washers behind your water pump pulley and the ALT/PS 
mounting block.
