If you have a hoist that is definitely the way to go. I used 4 HD jack stands, lifted the car off the ground as high as it would go and removed the wheels. That helped quite a bit but it was still not a fun job. I bent my own brake and fuel lines too while laying on my back so you can imagine the joy in that..lol
