No need for finances at this time. It is about the changing environment for sending email which only ISPs control. As long as the status quo continues, there will be no change. All mailing lists are facing the same challenges not matter where they are hosted as ISPs are needing to find more and more ways to fight the onslaught of SPAM which is increasing again. The fight against SPAM has consequences on delivery and transmission of legitimate messages.
