I have a 40 x 40 with 14 ft side walls, I can park my freightliner in it easly, I have a 4 post and plan on adding a 2 post. 4 full roof skylights and 2 long ridge vents. It is fully insulated and I have central air and heat. If I had it to do again I would go 40 x 60......... I just added a ceiling fan for air circulation to keep the mold out and dust from getting so bad :-) I just poured another 12 x 40 pad beside the shop for extra parking. Just Smile...
