First Generation Firebird-L Mailing List ......................................................................... I have some pics of where the brake lines ended up on mine after the disc brake conversion. I re-used the stock front brake brackets in stock location but had to weld on brackets for the rear end. Maybe it will help. http://www3.telus.net/public/68bird/brake_work.htm

Hi guys Has anyone got a link to pictures of the front brake hoses installed on a car with disc brakes? I have converted my '68 from drums to discs but didn't pass inspection because the hoses are rubbing the frame. (Those guys at the inspection are quite thorough here in Sweden...) I have a disc brake kit from CPP which use the existing drum brake hose bracket. I guess I need to get the correct brackets that bolt on top of the frame or possibly modify the ones that I've got. /Niklas ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Submissions to Firebird-L: <[email protected]> Unsubscribe from Firebird-L: <[email protected]> Help: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/firebird/Firebird-L.html> Classifieds: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/ubb/> Owner Pictures: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/show/> No virus found in this incoming message.
