My '67 400 car came with both bars. The only "common" parts, aside from the
bolts and bumper pads, are the actual bars themselves. The plates welded
to the  floor and the front and back brackets are side-specific.

My  car was originally a 326. In addition to dropping in a 400, I have been
on the  search to find and add a factory drivers side traction bar. I
bought one from  a guy that has some parts cars and had it shipped down to me.
My question  is this: the front bracket and panel that welds onto the floor
are both  mirrors of the right side. The rear bracket, the one that bolts
to the rear  axle is not a mirror, but an exact copy. ie: the front part of
the bracket  that holds the bumper pad steps to the left, just like the right
side bracket.  Is this correct, or should it be a mirror as well.

Thanks
