I've been using Amsoil in all my vehicles since about 74 (in my 73 Harley X-90 I bought at 8 yrs old. Still have it, still running and still has Amsoil in it!) They were the first in Synthetic oils and it's always been safe for flat tappet use or our older motors needing these type of additives. Lists it right on the label. I am running a flat tappet cam and have been using Brad Penn but my local distributor pissed me off today and I will not be using him any longer. Any suggestions for a good oil that has a high enough zinc and phosphorous levels in it to keep my cam safe?
